well,i hv visited the doctor today,and the doctor said that there's nothing serious bout my knee.but,the serious matter is i've just waste my RM50.00 for nothing.semua sebab XRAY yg worthless tu =__=" kempunan baby C saya barang baru.haihhhh.but the main point is my ligamen as you all see in figure 0.01 u've seen that my ligamen has microscopic tear.well,the doctor told me that i hv to leave futsal for at least ONE WHOLE MONTH =___=" and also dancing,jumping,football,running,jogging,exercising,and everything that involving my knee except walking.haihhhh,but besides that the cool part is i can see my knee bones!here's a little peek :)
and FYI this picture was captured by my phone at my house.well,rumah saya takde screen berlampu untuk tunjuk X-RAY photo tu,so i used my TV isn't it brilliant?AHAHAHA!
